Abstract: Pola hidup masyarakat yang semakin cepat memicu meningkatnya risiko penyakit seperti kolesterol dan hipertensi. Hal ini meningkatkan minat terhadap produk kesehatan berbahan alami, salah satunya adalah shot drink berbasis sacha inchi dan black garlic. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi preferensi konsumen, menganalisis kondisi internal dan eksternal perusahaan, menghitung harga pokok produksi (HPP), serta merancang strategi bisnis produk tersebut. Metode yang digunakan meliputi survei kuesioner, wawancara, analisis SWOT, IE Matrix, QSPM, perhitungan HPP metode full costing, dan perancangan Business Model Canvas (BMC). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsumen memiliki ketertarikan tinggi terhadap produk dengan atribut utama berupa manfaat kesehatan, dan harga yang disarankan sebesar Rp5.000 – 10.000. HPP produk sebesar Rp3.522 per botol dengan margin keuntungan 64,87%. Strategi prioritas yang dipilih berdasarkan QSPM adalah evaluasi dan peningkatan produk serta kemasan sesuai tren. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bahwa dengan strategi yang tepat, produk shot drink ini berpotensi bersaing di pasar produk kesehatan berbahan alami dan layak untuk dikembangkan secara komersial oleh PT. Serambi Botani Indonesia.
The increasingly fast-paced lifestyle of society is triggering an increase in the risk of diseases such as high cholesterol and hypertension. This has increased interest in natural health products, one of which is a shot drink based on sacha inchi and black garlic. This study aims to identify consumer preferences, analyze the internal and external conditions of the company, calculate the cost of production (HPP), and design a business strategy for the product. The methods used include questionnaire surveys, interviews, SWOT analysis, IE Matrix, QSPM, full costing method for calculating COGS, and designing the Business Model Canvas (BMC). The research results indicate that consumers have a high interest in products with the main attribute being health benefits, and the recommended price is Rp5,000 - 10,000. The product's COGS is Rp 3,522 per bottle with a profit margin of 64.87%. The priority strategy selected based on QSPM is product evaluation and improvement, as well as packaging in line with trends. This study implies that with the right strategy, this shot drink product has the potential to compete in the natural health product market and is viable for commercial development by PT. Serambi Botani Indonesia.
