Abstract: Pengujian merupakan bagian penting dalam proses pengembangan perangkat lunak untuk memastikan bahwa sistem berfungsi dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna, serta memberikan pengalaman yang optimal sebelum dirilis ke publik. Penelitian ini menguji Road Asset Management System (RAMS) Jalan Tol Bakauheni–Terbanggi Besar menggunakan metode black-box, white-box, dan performance. Pengujian black-box berhasil mengidentifikasi kurangnya validasi input pada RAMS yang berdampak negatif terhadap pengalaman pengguna, dengan success rate sebesar 86,76%. Pada pengujian white-box, logika program berjalan sesuai ekspektasi dengan success rate mencapai 100%. Sementara itu, pengujian performance menunjukan adanya bottleneck pada backend dan server, terutama saat melayani endpoint yang memuat data leger oleh banyak pengguna secara bersamaan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem belum optimal dalam menangani lonjakan permintaan besar.
Testing is an essential part of the software development process to ensure that the system functions properly, meets user requirements, and provides an optimal experience before being released to the public. This study evaluates the Road Asset Management System (RAMS) of the Bakauheni–Terbanggi Besar Toll Road using black-box, white-box, and performance testing methods. The black-box testing identified insufficient input validation in the RAMS, which negatively impacts user experience, with a success rate of 86,76%. In the white-box testing, the program logic performed as expected, achieving a success rate of 100%. Meanwhile, the performance testing revealed bottlenecks in the backend and server, particularly when serving endpoints that load ledger with many simultaneous users. This indicates that the system is not yet optimal in handling high request volumes.
