Abstract: Status gizi adalah perkiraan kondisi tubuh sebagai dampak dari pemanfaatan zat-zat gizi yakni makanan yang dikonsumsi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan perilaku gizi seimbang dan konsumsi pangan dengan status gizi pada siswa SMA di Kota Bandung. Penelitian cross sectional study ini meilbatkan 102 subjek yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengisian kuesioner dan wawancara. Tingkat pengetahuan gizi subjek tergolong kurang (77%), sedang (19%) dan baik (4%). Tingkat kecukupan energi, protein, lemak, dan karbohidrat secara berturut-turut adalah 90%, 69%, 78%, dan 91%. Kategori status gizi normal (81%), kurus (6%), gemuk (6%) dan obesitas (7%). Jenis kelamin berkorelasi signifikan dengan perilaku gizi seimbang (p=0,015). Selanjutnya, terdapat hubungan signifikan antara jenis kelamin dengan tingkat kecukupan energi, protein dan karbohidrat. Sementara itu, tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara jenis kelamin dengan tingkat kecukupan lemak. Tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara karakteristik dengan perilaku gizi seimbang. Selanjutnya, karakteristik remaja tidak berkorelasi signifikan dengan status gizi. Kemudian, tidak terdapat hubungan antara perilaku gizi seimbang dengan tingkat kecukupan gizi. Tingkat kecukupan gizi tidak berkorelasi signifikan dengan status gizi serta tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara perilaku gizi seimbang dengan status gizi.
Nutritional status is an estimate of the body's condition as a result of the utilization of nutrients, namely the food consumed. This study aims to determine the relationship between balanced nutrition behavior and food consumption with nutritional status in high school students in Bandung City. The design of this study was a cross-sectional study with a total of 102 who were selected by purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out by filling out questionnaires and interviews. The level of nutritional knowledge of the subjects was classified as poor (77%), moderate (19%) and good (4%). The levels of energy, protein, fat, and carbohydrate adequacy were 90%, 69%, 78%, and 91%, respectively. The categories of normal nutritional status (81%), thin (6%), fat (6%) and obesity (7%). Gender is significantly correlated with balanced nutritional behavior (p=0.015). Furthermore, there was significant correlation between gender and energy, protein and carbohydrate adecuacy levels. Meanwhile, there was no significant correlation between gender and fat adequacy levels. There was no significant correlation between characteristics and balanced nutritional behaviors. Furthermore, adolescent characteristics did not significantly correlate with nutritional status. Furthermore, there was no relationship between balanced nutritional behaviors and nutritional adequacy levels. Nutritional adequacy levels did not significantly correlate with nutritional status, and there was no significant relationship between balanced nutritional behaviors and nutritional status.
