Rice is the most widely cultivated food crop commodity in Indonesia. However, farmers still face problems such as limited availability of subsidized fertilizers and many requirements to obtain subsidized fertilizers. As a solution, PT Tirta Investama - Klaten Plant through the Regenerative Agriculture CSR program developed healthy rice farming in the central region of the Pusur Sub-watershed. This program encourages changes in farmer behavior in the use of agricultural inputs, from previously relying on chemical fertilizers and pesticides to adopting organic inputs. The objectives of this study were to analyze the impact of the implementation of the Regenerative Agriculture program on fertilizer and pesticide use behavior, analyze the cost and income structure of healthy rice farming, and its contribution to the total income of beneficiary farmer households. This study used comparative descriptive analysis, income analysis, R/C ratio, and income contribution analysis. The results showed that the implementation of the Regenerative Agriculture program had a positive impact on changes in the behavior of beneficiary farmers in the use of fertilizers and pesticides. Healthy rice farming proved efficient and profitable with the highest R/C ratio value to total costs in the cash tenant group (2,75), followed by land owner group (2,67), and share tenant group (2,14). The contribution of the Regenerative Agriculture program to farmers' household income was highest in the share tenant group (63,57%), followed cash tenant group (63,35%), and land owner group (53,01%) categorized as moderate. |
