Abstract: Persaingan ketat di industri e-commerce mendorong perusahaan menetapkan target kampanye yang tinggi, sehingga dibutuhkan dukungan internal untuk menjaga semangat karyawan. Sebagai bentuk dukungan tersebut, Human Resource Business Partner PT MP Games menyelenggarakan Kick Off dan Ending Event Ramadan Campaign 2025 yang dihadiri oleh seluruh karyawan Global E-Commerce PT MP Games. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi tingkat kepuasan peserta terhadap kedua acara dengan metode survei kuantitatif sebagai dasar peningkatan kualitas acara dan motivasi karyawan dalam mencapai target perusahaan. Lima aspek yang dinilai meliputi Employee Satisfaction, Perceived Content Quality, Future Participation Intention, Leaders Recognition, dan Perceived Enjoyment. Hasil menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan yang sangat tinggi dan pengalaman positif secara menyeluruh. Kedua acara dinilai berhasil meningkatkan keterlibatan dan semangat kerja karyawan, serta menjadi acuan untuk pengembangan strategi kegiatan internal yang lebih berdampak dan berkelanjutan.
The intense competition in the e-commerce industry drives companies to set ambitious campaign targets, requiring strong internal support to maintain employee morale. As part of this support, the Human Resource Business Partner of PT MP Games organized the Kick Off and Ending Event of the 2025 Ramadan Campaign, attended by all employees of the company’s Global E-Commerce division. This study aims to evaluate participants’ satisfaction with both events using a quantitative survey method as a basis for improving event quality and motivating employees to achieve company targets. Five aspects were assessed: Employee Satisfaction, Perceived Content Quality, Future Participation Intention, Leaders Recognition, and Perceived Enjoyment. The results indicate a very high level of satisfaction and an overall positive experience. Both events were deemed successful in enhancing employee engagement and morale, serving as a reference for developing more impactful and sustainable internal activity strategies.
