dc.description.abstractKnowledge is a strategic asset that determines the competitiveness of organizations, including vocational higher education. The Applied Manufacturing Engineering Undergraduate Program at Uniti has faced challenges in strengthening its competitive advantage since its establishment in 2022. Internal quality audit results revealed weaknesses in faculty distribution, knowledge governance, and the absence of a scenario-based strategy. This study aimed to assess knowledge management capabilities through the Knowledge Management Capability Assessment (KMCA), formulate strategic scenarios using the TAIDA Planning approach, map key actors through Interpretive Structural Modeling, and determine strategic priorities using the Analytical Hierarchy Process. The results showed that the People and Process dimensions had low KMCA scores and significant perception gaps, indicating low human resource and internal system readiness. Four main strategies are developing an integrated digital platform, integrating industry knowledge, optimizing local knowledge, and implementing community-based knowledge management. The findings confirm that the strategy's success depends not only on technology or policies, but also on human resource capacity and process sustainability. Therefore, strengthening cross-stakeholder collaboration is necessary to build sustainable competitiveness.-
dc.description.abstractPengetahuan merupakan aset strategis yang menentukan daya saing organisasi, termasuk pendidikan tinggi vokasional. Program Studi Sarjana Terapan Teknik Manufaktur di Uniti menghadapi tantangan dalam memperkuat keunggulan kompetitif sejak berdiri pada 2022. Hasil audit mutu internal menunjukkan kelemahan pada distribusi tenaga pengajar, tata kelola pengetahuan, serta ketiadaan strategi berbasis skenario. Penelitian ini bertujuan menilai kapabilitas manajemen pengetahuan melalui Knowledge Management Capability Assessment (KMCA), merumuskan skenario strategis dengan pendekatan TAIDA Planning, memetakan aktor kunci melalui Interpretive Structural Modelling, dan menentukan prioritas strategi menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process. Hasil menunjukkan dimensi People dan Process memiliki nilai KMCA rendah dan kesenjangan persepsi signifikan, menandakan rendahnya kesiapan SDM dan sistem internal. Empat strategi utama dihasilkan, yaitu pengembangan platform digital terintegrasi, integrasi pengetahuan industri, optimalisasi pengetahuan lokal, dan manajemen pengetahuan berbasis komunitas. Temuan menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan strategi tidak hanya bergantung pada teknologi atau kebijakan, melainkan juga pada kapasitas SDM dan keberlanjutan proses. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penguatan kolaborasi lintas pemangku kepentingan untuk membangun daya saing berkelanjutan.-
