Climate change as a global issue has driven discussions and research on sustainability and is considered a new factor in enhancing organizational competitiveness. One approach to improving corporate sustainability performance is by adopting agility-based values. This study aimed to analyze experts’ perceptions of key actors influencing agility and to formulate alternative strategies for improving corporate sustainability performance based on these values. The research used both primary and secondary data and was conducted from February to June 2025. The methods applied were the Delphi method and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Experts’ perceptions identified four key actors influencing agility, with the Plantation Division and the Engineering and Processing Division being the most important. The analysis results indicated that the most influential factor was focus, the most important actor was the Plantation Division, the primary objective was profit, and the top-priority strategy was company-centric. |
