Bekasi City is the city with the second largest amount of waste generation in West Java Province. Most of the waste ends up in landfills without optimal management. The waste bank program with the 3R principle (reduce, reuse, recycle) is one approach because its existence has great potential. However, waste banks face challenges that affect their operational implementation. This study aims to identify customer perceptions and participation levels, estimate economic benefits and economic benefit distribution schemes, and analyze sustainable waste bank management strategies. The methods used include Likert scale analysis, income analysis, and the analytical hierarchy process (AHP). The results show that customers have a positive perception of waste banks, but the level of customer participation is relatively low. In 2024, the estimated economic benefit from profitable cash costs is 18,735,428.97 IDR with an R/C ratio of 1.30. If calculated based on total costs, the waste bank experiences a loss of 418,321.03 IDR with an R/C ratio of 0.99. Meanwhile, the benefits customers receive depend on their involvement in the gold savings program, which has a more complex distribution scheme than the waste savings program. Therefore, a sustainable waste bank management strategy can be achieved through strengthened management and appreciation for active customer participation.-
