Abstract: Diabetes Melitus merupakan penyakit metabolik yang kejadiannya terus meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan konsumsi pangan, aktivitas fisik dan status gizi dengan kadar glukosa darah pada orang dewasa di DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengolah data sekunder dari penelitian yang dilakukan oleh SEAFAST Center IPB University. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional study dengan jumlah subjek sebanyak 53 orang. Penelitian ini menganalisis karakteristik subjek, konsumsi pangan, aktivitas fisik, status gizi, dan kadar glukosa darah. Analisis data yang dilakukan meliputi analisis data univariat dan bivariat. Uji hubungan pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukan sebagian besar subjek memiliki tingkat kecukupan energi dan zat gizi yang tergolong ke dalam kategori defisit berat dan asupan serat kurang, tingkat aktivitas fisik yang tergolong ringan (60,4%), status gizi sebagian besar subjek adalah obesitas (35,8%), dan sebagian besar subjek memiliki kadar glukosa darah puasa normal (83,0%). Tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara asupan energi, protein, lemak, karbohidrat, dan serat dengan kadar glukosa darah (p>0,05). Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara aktivitas fisik dengan kadar glukosa darah (p=0,017, r=0,327). Terdapat hubungan yang tidak signifikan antara status gizi dengan kadar glukosa darah (p=0,663, r=0,061).
Diabetes Melitus is a metabolic disease which incidence continues to increase. This study aims to analyze the relationship between food consumption, physical activity and nutritional status with blood glucose levels in adults in DKI Jakarta. This study was conducted by analysing secondary data from research conducted by the SEAFAST Center of IPB University. The research design used a cross-sectional study with a total of 53 subjects. This study analyzed the characteristics of the subjects, food consumption, physical activity, nutritional status, and blood glucose levels. The data analysis included univariate and bivariate analyses. The relationship test in this study used the Spearman correlation test. The results showed that most subjects had an energy and nutrient intake categorized as severely deficient and had inadequate fiber intake, light physical activity levels (60.4%), the nutritional status of most subjects was obese (35.8%), and most subjects had normal fasting blood glucose levels (83.0%). There was no significant relationship between energy, protein, fat, carbohydrate, and fiber intake with blood glucose levels (p>0.05). There was a significant relationship between physical activity and blood glucose levels (p=0.017, r=0.327). There was no significant relationship between nutritional status and blood glucose levels (p=0.663, r=0.061).
