| Abstract: | Kebakaran hutan dan lahan (karhutla) menjadi ancaman serius bagi lingkungan dan makhluk hidup, sehingga membutuhkan penilaian tingkat keparahan area pasca-karhutla yang akurat untuk menentukan langkah pemulihan yang tepat. Penilitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menyempurnakan modul front-end pada sistem Penilaian Tingkat Keparahan Area Pasca Karhutla (SIPAKARHUTLA) sebagai pendukung keputusan berbasis web. Pengembangan berfokus pada kekurangan fungsional seperti tidak adanya manajemen pengguna, fitur membuat dan visualisasi area dalam bentuk poligon, fitur pengelolaan dokumentasi, dan beberapa fitur lainnya. Penelitian ini dillakukan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Javascript dan pendekatan prototyping dengan lima tahap dalam satu iterasi: komunikasi, perencanaan cepat, pemodelan desain cepat, konstruksi prototipe, serta penyebaran dan umpan balik. Hasil pengembangan diuji menggunakan pengujian black-box dengan 79 skenario pengujian positif-negatif. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa semua fungsionalitas berjalan sesuai harapan. Penelitian ini berhasil mengatasi berbagai keterbatasan versi sebelumnya sehingga diharapkan meningkatkan efektivitas dan kegunaan SIPAKARHUTLA dalam penanganan karhutla serta memfasilitasi keputusan rehabilitasi yang lebih baik. Forest and land fires (karhutla) pose a serious threat to the environment and living beings, requiring accurate assessment of post-fire severity areas to determine appropriate recovery actions. This study aims to develop and enhance the front-end module of the Post-Fire Area Severity Assessment System (SIPAKARHUTLA) as a web-based decision support tool. The development focuses on addressing functional shortcomings, such as the absence of user management, the ability to create and visualize areas in polygon form, documentation management features, and several other functionalities. This study was conducted using the JavaScript programming language and a prototyping approach consisting of five stages in one iteration: communication, quick planning, rapid design modeling, prototype construction, and deployment with feedback. The resulting system was tested using black-box testing with 79 positive and negative test scenarios. The test results showed that all functionalities performed as expected. This study successfully addressed the limitations of the previous version, thereby improving the effectiveness and usability of SIPAKARHUTLA in handling forest and land fires and facilitating better rehabilitation decision-making. |
