Abstract: Karate, Silat, dan Taekwondo merupakan tiga beladiri yang memiliki cabang kategori seni dan bertarung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan spengetahuan gizi, komposisi tubuh, dan frekuensi latihan dengan tingkat kebugaran fisik atlet beladiri di Kabupaten lebak, juga membandingkan tingkat kebugaran fisik antar kedua kategorinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross- sectional dengan total sampling pada 38 subjek yang merupakan atlet beladiri pusat pelatihan di Kabupaten Lebak. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan gizi, frekuensi latihan dan tingkat kecukupan energi, zat gizi makro, dan zat besi dengan tingkat kebugaran fisik (p>0,05). Sementara itu terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara komposisi tubuh dengan tingkat kebugaran fisik (p<0,01). Adapun, hasil uji beda pada tingkat kebugaran fisik kategori seni dan bertarung menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan (p>0,05).
Karate, Silat, and Taekwondo are three martial arts that have branches in the categories of ‘seni’ and ‘bertarung’. This study aims to analyze the relationship between nutritional knowledge, body composition, and frequency of training with the level of physical fitness of martial arts athletes in Lebak Regency, and also to compare the level of physical fitness between the two categories. This study used a cross-sectional design with a total sampling of 38 subjects who were martial arts athletes at training centers in Lebak Regency. The results of this study indicate that there was no significant relationship between nutritional knowledge, frequency of training and levels of energy, macronutrient, and iron sufficiency with the level of physical fitness (p>0.05). Meanwhile, there was a significant relationship between body composition with the level of physical fitness (p<0.01). The results of the difference test on the level of physical fitness in the artistic categoriy and fighting category showed no significant difference (p>0.05).
