Abstract: Kabupaten Bogor memiliki 139 unit hotel berbintang pada tahun 2024. Dilatarbelakangi banyaknya pilihan hotel yang tersedia, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji faktor pendorong dan penarik yang memotivasi pengunjung untuk menginap di The Highland Park Resort Hotel Bogor, dan menganalisis pengaruhnya terhadap loyalitas pengunjung. Penelitian juga bertujuan mengidentifikasi produk hotel dan karakteristik pengunjung untuk mendukung hasil penelitian yang komprehensif. Data penelitian mixed methods ini dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan kuesioner terhadap 100 orang pengunjung dengan teknik purposive dan snowball sampling. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa The Highland Park menawarkan produk nyata dan tidak nyata, dengan konsep glamorous camping yang unik. Mayoritas pengunjung berusia 26-35 tahun, jenis kelamin perempuan, sudah menikah, asal Jakarta, pendidikan tinggi, profesi pegawai swasta dan penghasilan Rp3-5 juta per bulan. Motivasi pengunjung didorong oleh keinginan dan kebutuhan untuk relaksasi dan ditarik oleh amenitas yang tersedia. Pengunjung dinilai loyal dengan minatnya untuk kembali berkunjung dan menginap, serta merekomendasikan kepada orang lain. Faktor pendorong, faktor penarik secara simultan berpengaruh positif untuk loyalitas pengunjung. Faktor penarik memiliki pengaruh kuat dengan faktor pendorong.
Bogor Regency has 138 star hotel by 2024. Motivated by this large number of options available, this study was conducted to examine the push and pull factors that motivate visitors to stay at The Highland Park Resort Hotel Bogor, and analyze their influence on visitor loyalty. The research also aims to identify hotel products and visitor characteristics to support comprehensive research results. Data of this mixed methods research was collected through observation and questionnaire distributed to 100 visitors with purposive and snowball sampling techniques. The results show that The Highland Park offers both tangible and intangible products, with a unique glamorous camping concept. The majority of visitors are 26-35 years old, female, married, from Jakarta, higher education, private employees and income of IDR 3-5 million per month. Visitor motivation is pushed by the desire and need for relaxation, and is pulled by the amenities available. Visitors are considered loyal with their interest in returning to visit and stay, as well as recommending to others. Push and pull factors simultaneously have a positive effect on visitor loyalty. Pull factors have a stronger influence than push factors.
