Abstract: Kebutuhan akan sistem pendidikan berbasis digital menjadi semakin penting, terlebih di lingkungan institusi seperti BHS yang menawarkan berbagai pelatihan praktis. Bogor Hospitality School (BHS) mengembangkan BHS Academy sebagai platform berbasis website untuk mendukung proses pendaftaran dan pembelian program pelatihan. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan framework Express.js dan terintegrasi dengan Midtrans Core API sebagai layanan payment gateway. Fitur utama yang dikembangkan mencakup registrasi dan login pengguna, login admin, pembelian program digital, serta dashboard pengguna dan admin. Dashboard pengguna menampilkan daftar program yang telah dibeli dan dapat diakses tanpa fitur pembelajaran interaktif. Sementara itu, dashboard admin menampilkan data program dan riwayat transaksi. Pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan metode Kanban untuk manajemen proyek, sedangkan pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan metode Black Box Testing. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsi berjalan sesuai dengan spesifikasi. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi layanan digital di lingkungan BHS.
The advancement of information technology encourages educational institutions to adopt efficient and integrated digital services. Bogor Hospitality School (BHS) developed BHS Academy, a web-based platform to support the registration and purchase of training programs. The system is built using the Express.js framework and integrated with Midtrans Core API as a payment gateway. The main features include user registration and login, admin login, digital program purchasing, and separate dashboards for users and admins. The user dashboard displays purchased programs that can be accessed in a limited, non-interactive format. Meanwhile, the admin dashboard shows program data and transaction history. The system was developed using the Kanban method for project management, and tested using the Black Box Testing method. The results show that all core functions run according to specifications. This system is expected to improve the efficiency of digital services at BHS
