| Abstract: | Pengelolaan sampah makanan menggunakan Black Soldier Fly (BSF) merupakan salah satu bentuk implementasi dari ekonomi sirkular. Masyarakat Desa Cibanteng telah menerapkan usaha maggot BSF yang dikelola secara komunal. Namun sistem tata kelola belum berjalan optimal dan memberikan manfaat secara terukur. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) menganalisis kinerja ekonomi sirkular usaha maggot BSF; 2) menganalisis dampak ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan usaha maggot BSF; 3) menganalisis kelayakan finansial usaha maggot BSF. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis kelayakan finansial. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa kinerja ekonomi sirkular usaha maggot BSF cukup baik (0,64). Usaha berdampak secara ekonomi dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat lokal sebesar Rp6.348.000/tahun, secara sosial adanya penyerapan tenaga kerja dan kapasitas pengelola, secara lingkungan dapat mengurangi sampah makanan seberat 12,16 ton/tahun dan emisi sebesar 114.59 ton CO2eq/tahun. Secara finansial, berdasarkan skenario usaha layak dijalankan dengan dukungan produk turunan dan tipping fee penjemputan sampah. Food waste management using Black Soldier Fly (BSF) is a form of implementation of the circular economy. The people of Cibanteng Village have implemented a BSF maggot business that is managed communally. However, the governance system has not run optimally and provides measurable benefits. The objectives of this study are 1) to analyze the circular economic performance of BSF maggot business; 2) analyzing the economic, social, and environmental impacts of BSF maggot businesses; 3) Analyze the financial feasibility of BSF's maggot business. The data analysis methods used are qualitative descriptive analysis and financial feasibility analysis. The results of the analysis showed that the circular economy performance of the BSF maggot business was quite good (0.64). Businesses with an economic impact can increase the income of local communities by IDR 6,348,000/year, socially there is an absorption of labor and management capacity, environmentally can reduce food waste weighing 12.16 tons/year and emissions of 114.59 tons of CO2eq/year. Financially, based on the business scenario, it is feasible to run with the support of derivative products and tiiping fees for garbage pickup. |
