The intense digital competition and Google's dominance as the primary search engine push companies to enhance website visibility through On-Page SEO strategies. This study analyzes the implementation of On-Page SEO on the organic performance of pestigo.id, owned by PT Asa Panca Cipta Optima. A quasi-experimental method with a non-equivalent time-series design was used, comparing Google Search Console data before and during implementation. Four key metrics—clicks, impressions, click-through rate (CTR), and average position—were analyzed using an independent sample t-test. Results show significant increases in clicks (445 to 701), impressions (12,343 to 35,525), and average position (12.7 to 9.1). CTR declined from 3.70% to 2.00% due to a sharp rise in impressions not matched by clicks. This study also employed a fishbone diagram to trace potential causes of low CTR and formulate relevant technical recommendations. The findings highlight the tangible impact of On-Page SEO and underscore the need for regular evaluation to maintain digital competitiveness. |
