Abstract: SILINKER (Sistem Informasi Link Kinerja) dikembangkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan Badan Pangan Nasional dalam mengelola shortlink dan microsite secara internal dengan struktur yang terstandar. Sebelumnya, distribusi tautan digital masih bergantung pada layanan pihak ketiga yang tidak terintegrasi dengan domain resmi lembaga. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun sistem terintegrasi dengan domain pemerintah dan dikelola mandiri oleh instansi untuk memperkuat identitas digital lembaga. Pengembangan dilakukan dengan metode Prototype dan melibatkan pengguna dalam tiap tahap iteratif. Sistem dibangun menggunakan Laravel 11 dan diintegrasikan dengan sistem Single Sign-On (SSO) instansi. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan metode Black Box dengan 70 skenario uji, dan seluruh fungsi utama dinyatakan berjalan sesuai harapan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa SILINKER mendukung distribusi informasi yang profesional dan aman, serta memberi fleksibilitas dalam menyusun konten digital.
SILINKER (Sistem Informasi Link Kinerja) was developed to meet the needs of the National Food Agency in managing shortlinks and microsites internally with a standardised structure. Previously, the distribution of digital links relied on third-party services that were not integrated with the agency's official domain. This research aims to build a system integrated with the government domain and managed independently by the agency to strengthen the agency's digital identity. The development was carried out using the Prototype method and involved users in each iterative stage. The system was built using Laravel 11 and integrated with the agency's Single Sign-On (SSO) system. Testing was conducted using the Black Box method with 70 test scenarios, and all main functions were declared to run as expected. The results show that SILINKER supports professional and secure information distribution, and provides flexibility in compiling digital content.
