Herbavera Indonesia experienced a decrease in sales, which resulted in aloe vera not being absorbed optimally and a risk of quality deterioration. Therefore, business development was carried out by creating aloe vera crackers. This study aims to analyze consumer preferences for product attributes, implement business development based on consumer preferences, and assess the business feasibility. The methods used were conjoint analysis, descriptive analysis and business feasibility analysis. The results of the conjoint analysis showed that the most prioritized attributes, were crispy texture, moderate cracker thickness, a price of Rp15,000, full-print packaging design, spicy flavor, color, and online purchasing. The implementation of business development shows promising potential because the majority of respondents are interested in purchasing aloe vera crackers. The feasibility analysis results indicate that the business is viable to operate with a NPV of Rp104,148,633, an IRR of 85%, a Net B/C of 3.8, a Gross B/C of 1.3, and a Payback Period (PP) of 2 years and 1 month. |
