| dc.description.abstract | Pupuk daun merupakan alternatif efisien dalam pemenuhan hara tanaman yang diaplikasikan langsung melalui permukaan daun, sehingga penyerapan nutrien pada tanaman lebih efektif. Dolomit sebagai sumber kalsium (Ca) dan magnesium (Mg) berpotensi dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan baku pupuk daun. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengoptimasi konsentrasi dan volume asam nitrat dalam ekstraksi dolomit serta menentukan formulasi optimum pupuk cair berbasis dolomit yang sesuai dengan SNI dan rasio label produk NPK 3-2-5. Ekstraksi dilakukan menggunakan variasi konsentrasi dan volume HNO3 disertai pemanasan dan pengadukan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi HNO3 4N meningkatkan efisiensi ekstraksi sedangkan volume di atas 150 mL menurunkan efektivitas akibat efek pengenceran. Waktu optimum ekstraksi tercapai pada 3 jam dengan formulasi terbaik ditemukan pada komposisi dolomit, DAP, dan kalium karbonat sebesar 1:1:1 dan unsur mikro Cu, Fe, dan Zn sebesar 2:3:1. Formulasi ke-9 memenuhi persyaratan mutu pupuk daun berdasarkan SNI 02-6681-2002 dan sesuai dengan rasio NPK produk 3-2-5. | - |
| dc.description.abstract | Foliar fertilizer was an efficient alternative for supplying plant nutrients, applied directly to leaf surfaces for more effective absorption. Dolomite, as a source of calcium (Ca) and magnesium (Mg), showed potential as a raw material for liquid foliar fertilizer. This study aimed to optimize the concentration and volume of nitric acid on dolomite extraction and determine the optimal formulation that met the SNI and the NPK 3-2-5 label ratio. Extraction was performed using various HNO3 concentrations and volumes with heating and stirring. Results showed that 4N HNO3 improved extraction efficiency, while volumes above 150 mL reduced effectiveness due to dilution. The obtained optimum extraction time was 3 hours. The best formulation used a 1:1:1 ratio of dolomite, DAP, and potassium carbonate, along with Cu, Fe, and Zn in a 2:3:1 ratio. The ninth formulation met SNI 02-6681- 2002 standards and fulfilled the NPK 3-2-5 requirement. | - |
