| Abstract: | Taman Agro Inovasi merupakan sarana diseminasi teknologi yang menjadi salah satu layanan publik di bawah Balai Besar Penerapan Standar Instrumen Pertanian (BBPSIP) Bogor. Taman ini menyediakan layanan eduwisata, bimbingan teknis, praktik kerja lapangan (PKL), magang, penelitian, dan konsultasi di bidang pertanian. Sebelumnya, proses permohonan kunjungan dan pengelolaan data masih dilakukan secara fisik sehingga kurang efisien. Untuk itu, dikembangkan aplikasi berbasis website menggunakan framework Laravel 10 dan PHP 8.2.11 dengan metode prototype yang memungkinkan pengembangan melibatkan umpan balik pengguna. Aplikasi ini menyediakan fitur permohonan kunjungan secara online dan pengelolaan oleh pihak terkait dengan antarmuka responsif untuk meningkatkan kenyamanan pengguna. Sistem telah diuji menggunakan metode blackbox testing dan seluruh fungsi berjalan sesuai kebutuhan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem berhasil mengakomodir kebutuhan pengunjung, admin, dan tim kerja dalam pengelolaan kunjungan secara efisien dan real-time. Taman Agro Inovasi is a technology dissemination facility that serves as a public service under the Balai Besar Penerapan Standar Instrumen Pertanian (BBPSIP) Bogor. The garden offers services such as educational tourism, technical guidance, internships, field practice, research, and agricultural consultations. Previously, the visit request and data management processes were conducted manually, making them inefficient. Therefore, a web-based application was developed using the Laravel 10 framework and PHP 8.2.11, following the prototype method, which allows for iterative development involving user feedback. This application provides online visit request features and management tools for relevant parties, with a responsive user interface to enhance user experience. The system has been tested using the blackbox testing method, and all functions operate as intended. The implementation results show that the system successfully accommodates the needs of visitors, administrators, and staff teams in managing visits efficiently and in real-time. |
