dc.description.abstractIMMANUEL SIANJAE MUNTHE. Pengelolaan dan Analisis Usaha Rumah Potong Ayam Bapak Eka Bogor Jawa Barat. Dibimbing oleh FARIZ AM KURNIAWAN. Budidaya ayam ras khususnya ayam broiler, merupakan salah satu sektor penting dalam memenuhi kebutuhan protein hewani masyarakat. Protein hewani memiliki komposisi asam amino esensial yang lebih lengkap, yang berkontribusi besar dalam perbaikan gizi masyarakat. Tujuan dari kegiatan analisis usaha ini untuk mengetahui proses dari usaha mulai dari input sampai output serta melakukan analisis usaha sehingga dapat mengetahui kelayakan usaha yang dilakukan oleh Bapak Eka. Kegiatan dilakukan selama lima bulan (Oktober 2024-Februari 2025) melalui observasi langsung, wawancara, dan pencatatan data operasional serta keuangan, sedangkan Analisis data yang dilakukan adalah analisis data deskriptif. Proses produksi mencakup pengadaan, kedatangan, pemotongan, penimbangan, pengemasan, dan distribusi. Selama periode tersebut, RPA memotong 70.256 ekor ayam dengan bobot hidup 139.100 kg. Hasil analisis menunjukkan biaya total sebesar Rp 2.355.416.870 dan pendapatan sebesar Rp 2.462.063.600 dengan laba bersih Rp106.646.730 dan nilai R/C sebesar 1,05. Analisis SWOT menunjukkan kekuatan pada tenaga kerja terampil dan lokasi strategis, serta strategi bauran pemasaran 4P diterapkan untuk mempertahankan pasar. dc.description.abstractIMMANUEL SIANJAE MUNTHE. Management and Business Analysis of Rumah Potong Bapak Eka in Bogor, West Java. Supervised by FARIZ AM KURNIAWAN. The cultivation of poultry, especially broiler chickens, is one of the important sectors in meeting the community’s animal protein needs. Animal protein contains a more complete composition of essential amino acids, which contributes greatly to improving public nutrition. The purpose of this business analysis activity is to understand the business process from input to output and to conduct a business analysis to determine the feasibility of the business run by Bapak Eka. The activity was carried out over five months (October 2024–February 2025) through direct observation, interviews, and recording operational and financial data, while the data analysis conducted was descriptive analysis. The production process includes procurement, arrival, slaughtering, weighing, packaging, and distribution. During the period, the slaughterhouse processed 70,256 chickens with a live weight of 139,100 kg. The analysis results show total costs of IDR 2,355,416,870 and revenue of IDR 2,462,063,600 with a net profit of IDR 106,646,730 and an R/C value of 1.05. SWOT analysis shows strengths in skilled labor and strategic location, and the 4P marketing mix strategy is applied to maintain the market.
