Coffee is a plantation commodity that plays an important role in Indonesia. This study was conducted using observational methods to identify the types and number of weed seeds, the dynamics of weed species, and factors that influence weed growth at various ages of coffee plants. Data analysis used F tests and correlation tests. It was found that the highest number of seeds was found at 4 years of age with the number of seeds reaching 549 individuals, 1 year of age (260 individuals) and 41 years of age (303 individuals). The dominant weed seeds were Cynodon dactylon at ages 1 and 4 years, while at 41 years of age were Ageratum houstonianum. The results of the F test showed that plant age had an effect on the number of seed banks and the age with the most significant difference was the 4 year old coffee plant. Plant age had no significant effect on the seed bank. The correlation results showed that environmental factors that influence the number of weed seeds or the presence of weed seeds were temperature, pH H2O, pH KCl, C-organic content, total nitrogen (N), available phosphorus (P), and K-dd.
