| dc.description.abstract | Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas induk gurami dapat dilakukan dengan suplementasi vitamin E dari bahan lokal. Magang khusus ini bertujuan untuk mengikuti kegiatan pemijahan induk ikan gurami serta memberikan inovasi berupa penambahan tepung limbah kecambah kacang hijau pada pakan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dalam kegiatan pemijahan ikan gurami di KK Farm, Bogor. Induk yang dipelihara diberikan pakan dengan perlakuan berbeda berupa pakan pelet komersial 100% (K), pakan dengan campuran 50% pelet dan 50% taoge (P+TG), serta pelet 100% yang diberi tepung limbah kecambah kacang hijau 15% (PCK). Hasil dari penambahan suplementasi pakan induk menggunakan tepung limbah kecambah kacang hijau menunjukan jumlah telur sebesar 2507 butir dengan nilai derajat pembuahan 94,83±0,32%, dan derajat penetasan 88,70±0,20%. Kegiatan magang khusus yang dilakukan berupa persiapan induk, pemijahan induk, dan pemeliharaan larva ikan gurami. | dc.description.abstract | One of the efforts that can be made to increase the productivity of gourami broodstock is by supplementing vitamin E from local ingredients. This special internship aimed to participate in gourami broodstock spawning activities and provide innovation by adding mung bean sprout waste flour to feed to increase productivity in gourami spawning activities at KK Farm, Bogor. The broodstock were fed 100% commercial pellet feed (K), feed with a mixture of 50% pellets and 50% bean sprouts (P + TG), and 100% pellets with 15% mung bean sprout waste flour (PCK). The results of the addition of broodstock feed supplementation using mung bean sprout waste flour showed a number of eggs of 2507, with fertilization rate of 94,83 ± 0,32% and hatching rate of 88,70 ± 0,20%.
