dc.description.abstractDKI Jakarta adalah kota megapolitan dengan jumlah penduduk mencapai 10.562.088 jiwa pada tahun 2021 dan kepadatan 14.555 jiwa per km². Peningkatan jumlah kendaraan bermotor sebesar 4,4% per tahun menjadi penyebab utama tingginya konsentrasi polutan PM2.5 hingga 111,5 µg per m³. Pejalan kaki di jalur pedestrian merupakan kelompok yang paling rentan terpapar langsung polusi udara. Pemerintah DKI Jakarta menerapkan konsep Transit Oriented Development (TOD) untuk meningkatkan mobilitas non-motorik dan mengurangi ketergantungan pada kendaraan bermotor. Konsep ini mengintegrasikan permukiman, area komersial, dan ruang publik. Selain itu, pemerintah juga merevitalisasi koridor pedestrian Blok M – Bundaran Hotel Indonesia dengan tujuan meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan, kenyamanan pengguna, dan menjerap polutan udara. Penelitian ini menganalisis dampak revitalisasi terhadap tutupan lahan dan pengaruhnya pada penanaman vegetasi untuk mengurangi emisi partikel, serta menilai kualitas lingkungan dari persepsi dan preferensi pengguna. Metode yang digunakan meliputi Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) dan penginderaan jauh menggunakan citra Sentinel 2 (2018, 2020, 2022). Perhitungan polutan partikel yang dijerap daun menggunakan analisis gravimetri. Penilaian kualitas lingkungan pengguna pedestrian dilakukan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert dan analisis korelasi Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan luas Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH) dari 49,9 ha (2018) menjadi 79 ha (2020), meskipun kemudian turun menjadi 71,1 ha (2022), dengan indeks kehijauan sedang hingga tinggi. Pada area kehijauan tinggi, Handroanthus impetiginosus memiliki kapasitas jerapan emisi partikel tertinggi per pohon (0,1573g per m² hari-1), sedangkan Bougainvillea glabra. menunjukkan daya serap tertinggi per tanaman (0,0029g per m² hari-1). Penilaian kualitas lingkungan menunjukkan 56,8% responden sangat setuju bahwa bangku singgah yang teduh dan pencahayaan memadai meningkatkan kenyamanan, dengan korelasi signifikan antara intensitas penggunaan dan preferensi kenyamanan visual (r = 0,479). Rekomendasi penanaman vegetasi harus adaptif dan efisien, mempertimbangkan daya jerapan, maupun preferensi masyarakat terhadap tanaman berkanopi (lebar, padat dan bertingkat), berbunga, harum, dan tidak menghalangi pandangan seperti spesies Handroanthus impetiginosus, Plumeria alba, dan Manilkara kauki. Peningkatan kualitas revitalisasi dengan cara penggantian vegetasi kurang yang efektif. Lokasi strategis seperti persimpangan utama, halte, dan jalur ramai dapat ditanami tanaman berbunga dan tanaman peneduh dominan seperti tabebuya merah muda (Tabebuia rosea), dan bunga kertas (Bougainvillea glabra).-
dc.description.abstractJakarta is a megacity with a population of 10,562,088 in 2021 and a density of 14,555 people/km². The annual increase in motor vehicles by 4.4% is the primary cause of high PM2.5 pollutant concentrations reaching 111.5 µg/m³. Pedestrians on pedestrian paths are the group most vulnerable to direct exposure to air pollution. To improve non-motorized mobility and reduce dependence on motor vehicles, the Jakarta Provincial Government is implementing the Transit Oriented Development (TOD) concept. This concept integrates residential areas, commercial areas, and public spaces. In addition, the government is also revitalizing the Blok M – Bundaran Hotel Indonesia pedestrian corridor with the aim of improving the quality of the environment, user comfort, and reducing air pollution. This study analyzes the impact of revitalization on land cover and its effect on vegetation planting to reduce particle emissions, as well as assessing environmental quality based on user perceptions and preferences. The methods used include Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and remote sensing using Sentinel 2 imagery (2018, 2020, 2022). Particulate pollutant calculations adsorbed by leaves were performed using gravimetric analysis. The environmental quality assessment for pedestrian users was conducted through a questionnaire using a Likert scale and Spearman's correlation analysis. The results of the study show an increase in the area of green open space (RTH) from 49.9 ha (2018) to 79 ha (2020), although it then decreased to 71.1 ha (2022), with a moderate to high greenness index. In high-greenness areas, Handroanthus impetiginosus has the highest particle emission adsorption capacity per tree (0.1573 g/m²/day), while Bougainvillea glabra shows the highest absorption capacity per plant (0.0029 g/m²/day). Environmental quality assessments revealed that 56.8% of respondents strongly agreed that shaded benches and adequate lighting enhance comfort, with a significant correlation between usage intensity and visual comfort preferences (r = 0.479). Vegetation planting recommendations should be adaptive and efficient, taking into account adsorption capacity and community preferences for canopy plants, flowering plants, fragrant plants, and plants that do not obstruct views, such as Handroanthus impetiginosus, Plumeria alba, and Manilkara kauki. Improving the quality of revitalization through vegetation replacement is less effective. Strategic locations such as major intersections, bus stops, and busy routes can be planted with flowering plants and dominant shade trees such as Tabebuia rosea, and Bougainvillea glabra.-
