lapangan, pengambilan data citra UAV, analisis keparahan penyakit, perhitungan
visual sebesar 85%. Dengan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa
teknologi penginderaan jauh sangat penting dalam manajemen tanaman modern. Rice is a staple food rop that plays a vital role in Indonesia. However, increasing rice production faces several challenges, one of which is pest and disease attacks such as Bacterial Leaf Blight (BLB), caused by the bacterium Xanthomonas oryzae. Infected rice plants experience chlorophyll damage, which redues their ability to photosynthesize effectively. Detecting the spatial distribution of crop damage can be conducted using remote sensing technologies such as spectrotadiometers and Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAVs). This study aims to analyze the relationship between the spectral patterns and reflectance values of rice plants with the extent of plant damage. Several stages were carried out, including reflectance measurement, field data collection of disease symptoms, UAV image acquisition, disease severity assessment, reflectance calculation, correlation analysis, and accuracy testing using the Maximum Likelihood Classification (MLC) method. Spectral patterns provided clear indications of infected plants, characterized by low reflectance values in the red-edge and near-infrared (NIR) bands due to chlorophyll degradation. This was supported by a high correlation coefficient of 0.082, indicating a very strong relationship between plant damage and reflectance values. The spatial distribution of damage was also successfully mapped using UAV imagery processed with the MLC method, yielding a visual accuracy of 85%. These findings demonstrate that remote sensing technologies play a crucial role in modern crop management, enabling early detection and precision monitoring of crop health. |
