dc.description.abstractSertifikasi halal merupakan proses di mana pelaku usaha harus melengkapi dokumen persyaratan untuk memperoleh pengakuan resmi dari MUI, BPJPH, dan LPH untuk memastikan bahwa bahan baku, proses produksi, dan sistem jaminan halal sesuai syariat Islam. Pelaku usaha RPH (Rumah Potong Hewan) dapat mengurus sertifikasi melalui web Cerol SS-2300 dan si-Halal, dengan memperhatikan pengetahuan, pemahaman, dan kendala. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas kuesioner terhadap 30 pelaku usaha RPH di Jakarta Timur. Hasilnya menunjukkan tingkat pengetahuan dan pemahaman sebesar 79,8%, dengan kendala utama pada penyusunan dokumen SJPH (88,7%), kebijakan halal tertulis (71,3%), penjadwalan audit (71,3%), pelaksanaan audit (82,0%), penerbitan ketetapan halal dan unduhan dokumen (82,7%), SDM PPH (86,0%), verifikasi Juleha (72,7%), legalitas NKV (70,0%), sanitasi & higienitas RPH (82,7%), dan air bersih (82,7%). Rekomendasi meliputi pelatihan, sosialisasi, dan uji kompetensi bagi penyelia halal, Juleha, dan tim manajemen halal terkait dokumen SJPH, audit, perizinan NKV, serta pengelolaan produk dan limbah.-
dc.description.abstractHalal certification requires businesses to submit documentation for official recognition, confirming that materials, production, and assurance systems align with Islamic law. RPH (slaughterhouse) business operators can apply for certification through the Cerol SS-2300 and Si-Halal websites, taking into account their knowledge, understanding, and encountered obstacles. This study used validity and reliability tests on questionnaires distributed to 30 RPH operators in East Jakarta. The results show a knowledge and understanding rate of 79.8%, with major obstacles including SJPH document preparation (88.7%), written halal policy (71.3%), audit scheduling (71.3%), audit execution (82.0%), issuance of halal decree and document download (82.7%), PPH human resources (86.0%), Juleha verification (72.7%), NKV legality (70.0%), RPH sanitation and hygiene (82.7%), and clean water supply (82.7%). Recommendations include training, outreach, and competency testing for halal supervisors, Juleha, and halal management teams regarding SJPH documentation, audits, NKV licensing, and routine product and waste management.-
