| Abstract: | Sistem reservasi field trip di Ecotainment Godong Ijo sebelumnya belum mampu mencatat data secara real-time dan tidak menyediakan pembatasan otomatis terhadap jumlah partisipan, sehingga menyulitkan pengelolaan jadwal kunjungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem reservasi berbasis web yang memungkinkan pelanggan melakukan pemesanan secara mandiri, sekaligus memberikan kontrol kepada admin untuk mengelola data reservasi dan kapasitas peserta. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan metode Waterfall dengan tahapan perencanaan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan penyebaran. Fitur utama sistem meliputi pencatatan data reservasi secara langsung, pembatasan jumlah peserta berdasarkan kuota sesi, pemilihan aktivitas dan makanan, serta unggahan bukti pembayaran. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsi berjalan sesuai kebutuhan masing-masing peran pengguna. Sistem ini mendukung pengelolaan kunjungan yang lebih tertata dan membantu penyesuaian kapasitas operasional. The previous field trip reservation system at Ecotainment Godong Ijo did not support real-time data collection and lacked automatic participant limits, complicating visit scheduling. This study aims to develop a web-based reservation system that enables customers to make bookings independently while allowing administrators to manage reservation data and participant capacity. The system was developed using the Waterfall method through planning, design, implementation, testing, and deployment stages. Key features include real-time data recording, participant quota limits per session, activity and meal selection, and payment proof uploads. Testing results indicate that all system functions perform according to the needs of each user role. The system supports better visit management and helps adjust operational capacity. |
