The National Museum of Indonesia is a cultural and historical tourist destination in Jakarta that underwent revitalization after a fire in 2023. This study aims to identify and analyze the factors that influence visitor satisfaction after revitalization and provide development recommendations based on the results of the analysis. The methods used are qualitative and quantitative. Data obtained through observation, questionnaires, and interviews with museum managers and visitors aged from early adolescence to pre-elderly. The assessment of visitor satisfaction is focused on five aspects, namely accessibility, price, attractiveness, tourist facilities, and environment. The results of the GAP analysis and Importance Performance Analysis show a gap between expectations and reality in museum services, and several aspects require increased priority, namely the main facilities and supporting facilities that have negative values. Importance Performance Analysis shows that most of the attributes are in Quadrant III, which means that these attributes are not yet a top priority for visitors and their quality is considered suboptimal. The output is a recommendation in the form of a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for museum managers to increase visitor satisfaction and encourage the development of sustainable tourism. This study is expected to be a strategic reference in improving the quality of service and the attractiveness of the National Museum of Indonesia. |
