Proses perancangan dilakukan melalui empat tahapan yaitu, Understand Context of Use, Specify User Requirements, Design Solutions, Evaluate Against Requirements. Employee Leave management is an important part of human resource management that affects organizational efficiency and productivity. PT XYZ previously used a separate web application for leave applications, which was considered less efficient because it was not integrated with internal mobile applications that had been used for attendance and overtime. This research aims to design and implement a leave module in the Employee Digital mobile application using the user centered design method to improve user convenience, efficiency, and satisfaction. The design process is carried out through four stages, namely, Understand Context of Use, Specify User Requirements, Design Solutions, Evaluate Against Requirements. The resulting prototype was tested using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method to test the usability of the system. The creation of this module is expected to help make it easier for PT XYZ employees to apply for and monitor the remining leave. |
