| Abstract: | Wisata alam merupakan bentuk pariwisata dengan mengunjungi tempat-tempat
yang masih alami. Kota Sukabumi memiliki potensi keindahan alam yang dapat menjadi
daya tarik wisata bagi wisatawan nusantara maupun wisatawan mancanegara. Destinasi
wisata ini menawarkan berbagai macam aktivitas dan fasilitas yang dapat dinikmati oleh
wisatawan, namun masih banyak pula masyarakat yang belum mengetahuinya karena
promosi yang dilakukan belum maksimal bahkan media promosi yang sudah ada pun belum
dikelola dengan baik sehingga berdampak pada jumlah kunjungan wisatawan. Tujuan
penelitian adalah menganalisis pengelolaan media sosial destinasi wisata alam Kota
Sukabumi, menganalisis konten promosi yang paling menarik menurut wisatawan untuk
destinasi wisata alam Kota Sukabumi, merancang media promosi yang sesuai dengan
permintaan wisatawan serta menyusun content plan. Metode yang digunakan adalah
deskriptif kualitatif melalui studi literatur, wawancara, observasi, dan penyebaran
kuesioner kepada 150 wisatawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengelolaan media sosial
pada setiap destinasi wisata alam di Kota Sukabumi bersifat individual pada platform media
sosial Instagram. Konten promosi yang paling menarik menurut wisatawan untuk destinasi
tersebut diantaranya yaitu konten yang bersifat dinamis, komunikatif dengan kualitas tinggi,
seperti foto estetik dan video pendek yang informatif, serta menyertakan informasi praktis
atau caption terkait rute, harga tiket, dan fasilitas. Output dari penelitian ini adalah
rancangan media promosi digital berupa E-Brosur dan Content Plan. Natural tourism is a form of tourism by visiting places that are still natural. The city of Sukabumi has the potential for natural beauty that can be a tourist attraction for domestic tourists and foreign tourists. This tourist destination offers a variety of activities and facilities that can be enjoyed by tourists, but there are still many people who do not know about it because the promotions carried out have not been maximized and even the existing promotional media have not been managed properly so that it has an impact on the number of tourist visits. The purpose of the research is to analyze the management of social media of natural tourist destinations in Sukabumi City, analyze the most interesting promotional content according to tourists for natural tourist destinations in Sukabumi City, design promotional media that is in accordance with tourist demand and prepare a content plan. The method used was qualitative descriptive through literature studies, interviews, observations, and the distribution of questionnaires to 150 tourists. The results of the study show that the management of social media in each natural tourist destination in Sukabumi City is individual on the social media platform Instagram. The most interesting promotional content according to tourists for these destinations includes dynamic, communicative content with high quality, such as aesthetic photos and informative short videos, and includes practical information or captions related to routes, ticket prices, and facilities. The output of this study is the design of digital promotional media in the form of E-Brochure and Content Plan. |
