Katuk (Sauropus androgynous (L.) Merr.) is a vegetable plant with high potential as a source of food and medicine. This research aimed to determine the effect of PGPR and chicken manure application on the productivity of katuk. The research was conducted at the Leuwikopo Experimental Garden, IPB University from August to October 2024. The experiment used a split-plot Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with chicken manure (0 tons ha- -1, 10 tons ha-1, 20 tons ha-1, 30 tons ha-1) as the main plot and PGPR (PGPR-1 containing Trichoderma harzianum, Azospirillum sp., Rhizobium sp., Aspergillus niger, Pseudomonas fluorescens and PGPR-2 containing Rhizobium sp., Bacillus polymyxa, Pseudomonas fluorescens) as subplots. The result showed that the application of PGPR had a significantly better effect on branch length, plant height, and percentage of plant population growth compared to control. Chicken manure treatment with various doses generally did not have a significant effect on the growth and yield. The highest productivity was obtained in the first harvest with a dose of 20 tons ha-1 of chicken manure. There was no interaction between the two treatments.
