Abstract: Padi (Oryza sativa L.) merupakan sumber pangan utama masyarakat Indonesia. Produktivitas padi nasional cenderung mengalami penurunan setiap tahunnya. Pemupukan menjadi salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan produktivitas padi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan pupuk NPK cair terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman padi varietas Inpari 32. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Situdam, Kecamatan Jatisari, Kabupaten Karawang pada bulan Januari hingga April 2022. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan kelompok lengkap teracak (RKLT) satu faktor dengan tujuh perlakuan dosis pupuk NPK cair, mulai dari P0 = 0 (kontrol), P1 = Urea 250 kg ha-1, SP-36 100 kg ha-1, dan KCl 100 kg ha-1 (pembanding), P2 = NPK cair 0,50 ml, P3 = NPK cair 0,75 ml, P4 = NPK cair 1,00 ml, P5 = NPK cair 1,25 ml, P6 = NPK cair 1,50 ml. Parameter yang diamati meliputi pertumbuhan tanaman, komponen hasil, dan hasil gabah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pupuk NPK cair tidak memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap tinggi tanaman pada fase awal pertumbuhan (3-6 MST), tetapi berpengaruh nyata terhadap panjang malai, jumlah gabah per malai, dan bobot 1000 butir. Dosis 1,25 dan 1,50 memberikan hasil terbaik pada parameter komponen hasil. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pemberian pupuk NPK cair dengan dosis tepat mampu meningkatkan hasil produksi padi secara signifikan.
Rice (Oryza sativa L.) is the main food source for Indonesian population. National rice productivity has shown a tendency to decline annually. Fertilization is one of the strategies to increase rice productivity. This research aims to knows the effectiveness of using liquid NPK fertilizer on the growth and yield of rice plants of the Inpari 32 variety. This research was conducted in Situdam Village, Jatisari District, Karawang Regency from January to April 2022. The experimental design used was a one-factor completely randomized design (CRD) with seven treatment doses of liquid NPK fertilizer, The treatments consisted of: P0 = 0 (control), P1 = Urea 250 kg ha-1, SP-36 100 kg ha-1, and KCl 100 kg ha-1 (reference treatment), P2 = 0,50 ml liquid NPK, P3 = 0,75 ml liquid NPK, P4 = 1,00 ml liquid NPK, P5 = 1,25 ml liquid NPK, and P6 = 1,50 ml liquid NPK. Observed parameters included plant growth, yield components, and grain yield. The results showed that liquid NPK fertilizer did not have a significant effect on plant height in the early growth phase (3-6 WAP), but had a significant effect on panicle length, number of grains per panicle, and weight of 1000 grains. Doses of 1,25 and 1,50 gave the best results on the yield component parameters. This research concludes that applying liquid NPK fertilizer at the right dose can increase rice production significantly.
