Abstract: Produktivitas jagung Hokkaido di PT Agricole Indonesia Makmur masih rendah, yaitu hanya 0,379 kg/m² dari target perusahaan sebesar 1,4 kg/m². Hal ini disebabkan oleh penggunaan faktor produksi yang belum optimal serta rendahnya proporsi hasil panen Grade A. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor faktor yang memengaruhi hasil panen dan mengevaluasi kelayakan strategi optimalisasi secara teknis dan finansial. Metode yang digunakan mencakup regresi LASSO, analisis elastisitas produksi, dan simulasi strategi peningkatan kuantitas serta mutu panen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa luas lahan, umur tanaman, frekuensi penyiraman, dan tenaga kerja merupakan variabel signifikan. Strategi peningkatan hasil sebesar 10% dan konversi mutu 30% menghasilkan tambahan pendapatan Rp21.480.400 dan ROI sebesar 36,65%. Simulasi sensitivitas menunjukkan bahwa ROI meningkat hingga 78,23% pada konversi 50%. Strategi ini dinyatakan layak diterapkan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi produksi dan pendapatan perusahaan secara berkelanjutan.
The productivity of Hokkaido corn at PT Agricole Indonesia Makmur remains low, reaching only 0.379 kg/m² compared to the company's target of 1.4 kg/m². This issue is caused by suboptimal use of production factors and a low proportion of Grade A harvest quality. This study aims to analyze the factors affecting corn yield and evaluate the feasibility of optimization strategies from both technical and financial perspectives. The methods used include LASSO regression, production elasticity analysis, and simulations of strategies to improve yield quantity and quality. The results show that land area, plant age, watering frequency, and labor are significant variables. A strategy involving a 10% increase in yield and a 30% conversion of Grade B to Grade A resulted in an additional income of Rp21,480,400 and an ROI of 36.65%. Sensitivity analysis revealed that ROI could increase up to 78.23% at a 50% conversion rate. This strategy is considered feasible to enhance production efficiency and sustainably increase company revenue.
