Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi ekowisata etnobotani berbasis tumbuhan pangan di Desa Kertawangi, Kecamatan Cisarua, Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi lapangan, wawancara dengan metode snowball sampling, kuesioner pengunjung, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 66 jenis tumbuhan pangan dari 30 famili, dengan pemanfaatan utama oleh masyarakat untuk konsumsi, pengobatan, dan ekonomi. Tumbuhan pangan terbanyak berasal dari famili Solanaceae, dengan habitus dominan herba dan perdu. Selain itu, penelitian mengungkapkan adanya jenis tumbuhan langka dan endemik berdasarkan data IUCN, CITES, dan Permen LHK. Persepsi dan preferensi pengunjung terhadap pengembangan ekowisata etnobotani cukup tinggi, ditunjukkan dengan antusiasme terhadap rencana pembuatan buku saku dan e-book edukatif. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan ekowisata yang berbasis pada pelestarian tumbuhan pangan lokal sebagai sarana edukasi dan pemberdayaan masyarakat desa.
This study aims to identify the potential of ethnobotanical ecotourism based on food plants in Kertawangi Village, Cisarua Subdistrict, West Bandung Regency. The research employed field observation, interviews using snowball sampling, visitor questionnaires, and literature studies. Results show that there are 66 species of food plants from 30 families, widely used by the local community for consumption, medicine, and economic purposes. The most represented family is Solanaceae, with herbaceous and shrub forms as dominant plant types. Several rare and endemic species were also identified based on IUCN, CITES, and Ministry of Environment and Forestry references. Visitors' perceptions and preferences toward the development of ethnobotanical ecotourism were positive, particularly regarding the proposed pocketbook and educational e-book. This research recommends the development of ecotourism rooted in the conservation of local food plants as a tool for education and community empowerment
