dc.description.abstractPT Liza Herbal International (LHI) merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak pada produksi obat-obatan herbal. Proses administrasi pegawai di PT LHI, seperti pengelolaan surat izin, cuti, tugas luar, dan kerja lembur, masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga rentan terhadap kesalahan penulisan, kesulitan pencarian, dan kurang mendukung pemantauan status pengajuan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dilakukan pengembangan modul pengelolaan surat pada sistem informasi kepegawaian berbasis website yang telah dimiliki perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan modul pengelolaan surat dengan menerapkan metode Prototyping dan pengujian black box, serta mengevaluasi penerimaan pengguna terhadap sistem melalui User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh skenario pengujian UAT dinyatakan sesuai dan diterima oleh pengguna, dengan rata-rata tingkat penerimaan berdasarkan kuesioner sebentitesar 90% yang menunjukkan bahwa sistem telah memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna dalam pengelolaan surat.-
dc.description.abstractPT LHI is a company operating in the herbal medicine production. Its operations involve various human resource administrative processes, including the management of leave, permits, official duties, and overtime, which have been handled manually. This manual system leads to issues such as data entry errors, difficulties in document retrieval, and challenges in monitoring submission status. To address these issues, a letter management module was developed within the existing web-based personnel information system. This study aims to design and implement the module using the Prototyping method and black box testing, as well as evaluate user acceptance through User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The results show that all UAT scenarios were successfully completed and accepted, with an average acceptance score of 90% based on the questionnaire responses, indicating the system meets user needs in managing administrative letters.-
