Abstract: Industri kertas tulis memiliki peran penting dalam ekspor Indonesia, khususnya dalam mendukung perekonomian sektor nonmigas.
Writing paper products play a significant role in Indonesia’s export performance, especially in supporting the non-oil and gas processing industry. Although Indonesia’s writing paper exports have shown a positive trend, the competitiveness of these products still faces challenges from key exporting countries such as Germany and Sweden. This study aims to analyze the comparative advantage, competitive advantage, and factors affecting the export growth of Indonesia’s uncoated paper products during the period 2018–2024. The methods used include Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA), Trade Specialization Index (ISP), and Constant Market Share (CMS). The RCA values indicate that Indonesia’s uncoated paper products had a very strong comparative advantage throughout the period. The ISP values ranged from 0.90 to 1.00, showing that Indonesia has reached the maturity stage and is categorized as a net exporter. The CMS analysis indicates that the competitiveness factor, market distribution, and standard growth play a significant role in driving the dynamics of Indonesia's export growth.
