Abstract: SASHIHERYANTI MAHARANI. Kepuasan Pengunjung Situgunung, Taman Nasional Gunung Gede Pangrango (TNGGP). Dibimbing oleh YUN YUDIARTI dan TEGUH JATI PURNAMA. Situgunung merupakan destinasi wisata alam di kawasan Taman Nasional Gunung Gede Pangrango (TNGGP) yang dikenal dengan daya tarik danau dan Jembatan Suspension Bridge. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik pengunjung, pengambilan keputusan berkunjung, tingkat kepuasan, kesenjangan antara harapan dan kinerja, serta mengidentifikasi usulan pengelolaan wisata. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif melalui survei, wawancara, dan observasi. Analisis dilakukan dengan metode Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) dan analisis gap. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas pengunjung merasa puas terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan. Namun demikian, masih ditemukan kesenjangan negatif pada beberapa atribut seperti harga tiket masuk, fasilitas toilet, area parkir, aksesibilitas, serta paket wisata. Aspek promosi dan keramahan petugas menunjukkan tingkat kesesuaian yang sangat baik, bahkan melebihi harapan. Atribut kebersihan lokasi, fungsi Instagram, kesopanan, dan ketanggapan petugas juga menunjukkan kinerja yang unggul. Usulan pengelolaan ditujukan kepada TNGGP dan PT. Fontis Aquam Vivam (FAV), dengan fokus pada penyesuaian harga tiket, optimalisasi parkir, dan pengembangan paket wisata untuk meningkatkan dan mendukung keberlanjutan destinasi.

Situgunung is a natural tourist destination in the Gunung Gede Pangrango National Park (TNGGP) area know for its lake and Suspension Bridge attraction. This study aims to determine visitor characteristics, visiting decision making, level of satisfaction, gaps between expectations and performance, and identify tourism management proposals. The method used is a quantitative approach through surveys, interviews, and observations. The analysis was conducted using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method and gap analysis. The results showed that the majority of visitors were satisfied with the service provided. However, there are still negative gaps in several attributes such as entrance ticket prices, toilet facilities, parking areas, accessibility, and tour packages. The aspects of promotion and friendliness of officers show a very good level of conformity, even exceeding expectations. The attributes of location cleanliness, Instagram function, politeness, and officer responsiveness also show superior performance. Management proposals are addressed to TNGGP and PT Fontis Aquam Vivam (FAV), with a focus on adjusting ticket prices, optimizing parking, and developing tour packages to improve and support the destination sustainability.
