| dc.description.abstract | Tingginya permintaan pasar terhadap daging sapi dan juga hasil produk dari karkas seperti fat & Bone di Indonesia, namun kondisi saat ini kebutuhan daging dan juga produk turunan dari karkas seperti fat & bone dan kulit sapi untuk masyarakat Indonesia belum dapat tercukupi dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan usaha Meat Shop Warung Iga di Dramaga, Bogor, Jawa Barat, yang berfokus pada penjualan produk olahan tulang (fat & bone) dan kulit sapi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Warung Iga berhasil menjual rata-rata 145.120 kg produk fat & bone dan 71.938 kg kulit dalam tiga bulan, dengan total penerimaan sebesar Rp 2.977.283.783. Total biaya selama periode tersebut sebesar Rp 2.675.009.128 menghasilkan pendapatan bersih Rp 302.274.655 dan R/C Ratio sebesar 1,1 yang menandakan usaha ini layak dan menguntungkan. Strategi pemasaran menggunakan pendekatan business to business serta dukungan logistik yang efisien membuat produk cepat terdistribusi. Analisis SWOT menunjukkan keunggulan dalam harga dan spesialisasi produk, tetapi juga mencatat kelemahan pada kapasitas gudang dan ketergantungan pasokan. Kesimpulannya, usaha Warung Iga secara finansial layak dijalankan dan berpotensi tumbuh dengan strategi pemasaran dan logistik yang ditingkatkan. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The high market demand for beef and carcass by-products such as fat & bone in Indonesia is not yet adequately met. Despite the growing need for beef and its derivatives, including fat, bone, and cowhide, the supply remains insufficient for the Indonesian population. This study aims to assess the business feasibility of Warung Iga Meat Shop, which specializes in selling processed beef by-products such as fat, bone, and cowhide. Results showed an average sales volume of 145,120 kg for fat & bone and 71,938 kg for cowhide over three months, generating a total revenue of IDR 2,977,283,783. Total costs amounted to IDR 2,675,009,128, resulting in a net income of IDR 302,274,655 and an R/C Ratio of 1.1, indicating that the business is feasible and profitable. The marketing strategy relies on a business-to-business approach supported by efficient logistics for timely distribution. A SWOTanalysis highlighted strengths in pricing and product specialization, but also noted weaknesses such as limited warehouse capacity and supply dependency. In conclusion, Warung Iga is financially viable and has growth potential with improved marketing and logistical strategies. | |
