dc.description.abstractKacang panjang merupakan komoditas hortikultura yang banyak dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat Indonesia, namun produksinya masih rendah. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan produksi yang ramah lingkungan dengan menerapkan dosis pupuk yang tepat berdasarkan rekomendasi FERADS. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendapatkan dosis pupuk N yang optimum pada fertigasi tanaman kacang panjang melalui irigasi tetes. Penelitian dilakukan pada jenis tanah andosol, kandungan P-tersedia 5,89 ppm (sangat rendah), K-tersedia 257,28 ppm (sangat tinggi), C-Organik 1,4%, dan pH tanah 5,9 dengan 5 taraf perlakuan dosis N, yaitu 0% N, 50% N, 100% N, 150% N, dan 200% N dari rekomendasi pemupukan FERADS (217 kg ha-1 Urea dan 186 kg ha-1 SP-36). Pemberian dosis pupuk N yang berbeda tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap seluruh peubah pengamatan, baik pertumbuhan maupun hasil panen tanaman. Dengan demikian, pada penelitian ini tidak dapat ditentukan untuk dosis optimumnya. Direkomendasikan pemupukan tanpa pemberian pupuk N (0% N) dengan capaian bobot polong sebesar 19,62 ton ha-1. Kondisi lahan, curah hujan yang sesuai, dan bantuan bakteri rhizobium untuk fiksasi N sudah mencukupi kebutuhan hara tanaman kacang panjang varietas Kanton Tavi.-
dc.description.abstractYardlong bean is one horticultural commodity widely utilized by the Indonesian people, but it’s national production remains relatively low. One environmentally approach is by applying of precise fertilizer dosages, as determined by the FERADS application. This study aimed to determine the optimum nitrogen (N) fertilizer dosage for fertigates yardlong bean cultivation using a drip irrigation system. The experiment was conducted on andosol soil type by available P content of 5,89 ppm (very low), available K of 257,28 ppm (very high), C-Organic content of 1.4%, and soil pH of 5,9 with five levels of nitrogen fertilizer treatments: 0% N, 50% N, 100% N, 150% N, and 200% N, based on the FERADS recommended fertilization rate (217 kg ha-1 of Urea and 186 kg ha-1 of SP-36). The application of different nitrogen (N) fertilizer doses did not have a significant effect on all observed variables, including both growth and yield components of the crop. Therefore, this study was unable to determine an optimum nitrogen dose. It is recommended to apply no nitrogen fertilizer (0% N), as this treatment resulted in a pod yield of 19,62 ton ha-1. The existing site conditions, particularly adequate rainfall, and the presence of rhizobium bacteria facilitating nitrogen fixation are presumed to sufficiently meet the nitrogen requirements of the yardlong bean Kanton Tavi variety.-
