Abstract: Efisiensi pakan dan kesehatan ternak puyuh yang belum optimal akibat rendahnya penyerapan nutrisi menjadi permasalahan umum dalam ternak puyuh. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pengembangan suplemen cair berbasis probiotik dan fitobiotik. Saat ini, PT Liza Herbal International membutuhkan fasilitas produksi untuk memenuhi permintaan suplemen dari peternakan mitra PT Sukaharja Quail Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan fasilitas serta merancang tata letak pabrik produksi suplemen probiotik-fotobiotik cair tersebut. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) dengan penyusunan tata letak menggunakan algoritma Computerized Relationship Layout Planning (CORELAP). Perancangan dilakukan pada lahan seluas 16 × 18 m² dengan pembagian dua lantai, area produksi dan kantor. Hasil perancangan menunjukkan seluruh kebutuhan ruang dapat terpenuhi dengan mempertimbangkan efisiensi aliran bahan, keterkaitan aktivitas, dan pemisahan area steril dan non-steril sesuai standar Cara Pembuatan Obat Hewan yang Baik (CPOHB). Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perancangan tata letak mendukung efisiensi proses produksi serta memenuhi standar regulasi.
Feed efficiency and the health of quail livestock, which remain suboptimal due to low nutrient absorption are common problems in quail farming. Therefore, the development of a liquid supplement based on probiotics and phytobiotics is necessary. Currently, PT Liza Herbal International requires a production facility to meet the supplement demand from its partner farm, PT Sukaharja Quail Indonesia. This study aims to identify facility requirements and design the layout of a production plant for probiotic-phytobiotic liquid supplements. The method used is Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) with layout arrangement using the Computerized Relationship Layout Planning (CORELAP) algorithm. The design was carried out on a 16 × 18 m² plot of land divided into two floors for production and office areas. The design results show that all space requirements can be met by considering material flow efficiency, activity relationships, and the separation of sterile and non-sterile areas according to Good Veterinary Drug Manufacturing Practices (CPOHB) standards. The implication of this research indicates that the layout design supports production process efficiency and regulatory compliance.
