| Abstract: | Krendet merupakan salah satu alat tangkap yang tergolong dalam
klasifikasi perangkap. Selain penggunaan umpan diperlukan juga konstruksi yang
handal untuk keberhasilan dalam operasi penangkapannya. Tujuan penelitian ini
untuk membandingkan komposisi hasil tangkapan perangkap krendet bertingkat 1
pintu, 2 pintu dan 3 pintu masuk. Penelitian dilakukan dengan kegiatan
experimental fishing yang menggunakan alat tangkap perangkap krendet
bertingkat 1 pintu, 2 pintu dan 3 pintu yang dioperasikan secara rawai.
Pengambilan jenis data pada penelitian kali ini adalah data primer, karena data
didapatkan melalui percobaan secara langsung. Penentuan komposisi krustasea
hasil tangkapan dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Analisis yang
digunakan diantaranya, produktivitas yang diperoleh berdasarkan nilai CPUE
(ekor/trip) serta melihat perbedaan hasil tangkapan dominan krendet bertingkat 1
pintu, 2 pintu dan 3 pintu masing-masing adalah 2,24, 3,12 dan 1,68. Pada setiap
krendet bertingkat mendapatkan jenis hasil tangkapan dominan yang sama yaitu
rajungan bintang (Portunus sanguinolentus), selain jenis hasil tangkapan lainnya
seperti rajungan biru (Portunus pelagicus), rajungan karang (Charybdis feriata),
kepiting bakau (Scylla serrata) dan lobster pasir (Panulirus homarus).
Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan sebanyak 25 trip menunjukkan
bahwa krendet bertingkat 2 pintu memberikan hasil tangkapan krustasea yang
berbeda nyata dibandingkan dengan krendet bertingkat 1 pintu dan 3 pintu. Hoopnet is one of the fishing gears that is classified as a trap. In addition to the use of bait, reliable construction is also needed for success in the fishing operation. The purpose of this study was to compare the composition of the catch of 1-door, 2-door and 3-entry tiered hoopnet traps. The study was conducted with experimental fishing activities using 1-door, 2-door and 3-door tiered hoopnet traps operated by longlines. The type of data collection in this study was primary data, because the data was obtained through direct experiments. Determination of the composition of the crustacean catch was carried out using descriptive analysis. The analysis used included productivity obtained based on the CPUE value (tail/trip) and seeing the differences in the dominant catch of 1 door, 2 door and 3- oor tiered hoopnet, which were 2.24, 3.12 and 1.68. In each tiered hoopnet, the dominant catch type is the same, namely star crab (Portunus sanguinolentus), in addition to other catch types such as blue crab (Portunus pelagicus), coral crab (Charybdis feriata), mangrove crab (Scylla serrata) and sand lobster (Panulirus homarus). Based on research that has been conducted as many as 25 trips, it shows that the 2-door tiered hoopnet provides significantly different crustacean catch results compared to the 1-door and 3-door tiered hoopnet. |
