Abstract: Pemanfaatan lahan melalui penerapan agroforestri berbasis S3FMU merupakan salah satu upaya pengoptimalan produktivitas lahan kritis.
Land utilization through the application of S3FMU-based agroforestry is one of the efforts to optimize the productivity of critical land. This study aims to identify the potential for optimizing critical land through S3FMU-based agroforestry management, as well as to analyze the financial, social, and ecological feasibility of agroforestry and its implementation strategies in Kampung Nyomplong. This research uses a mixed method approach (quantitative and qualitative), with primary data obtained through interviews and questionnaires, and secondary data from related literature. Commodities to be planted in the agroforestry business include durian, rambutan, and avocado interspersed with filler plants such as cayenne pepper and curly chili. Financial feasibility analysis of S3FMU-based agroforestry business is feasible, as evidenced by the NPV value is Rp10,903,058,816, BCR 2.03, IRR 21.98%, and Payback Period 6.1 years. In addition, social and ecological feasibility are also assessed positively through the creation of jobs and contributions to the rehabilitation of critical land. Thus, the S3FMU approach has the potential to be an integrated solution for sustainable critical land management.
