| Abstract: | Proses pengelolaan limbah cair industri, pabrik kertas warna menghasilkan limbah padat berupa sludge. Pada dasarnya, limbah sludge dikategorikan sebagai
limbah B3 karena nilai timbulannya yang tinggi. Timbulan limbah sludge kertas warna dapat diatasi dengan pemanfaatan, salah satunya melalui proses bioremediasi. Bioremediasi pada limbah sludge kertas dilakukan dengan menjadikan limbah sludge kertas sebagai media tumbuh jamur Pleurotus ostreatus karena kandungan selulosa limbah sludge yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pembuatan produk baglog dari limbah sludge kertas warna sebagai media tumbuh jamur Pleurotus ostreatus. Metode ini melibatkan penggunaan limbah sludge kertas warna sebagai bahan dasar pembuatan media baglog dengan pelibatan uji kandungan uji Acid Deteregent Fiber (ADF), kadar air, uji pH, dan uji kandungan kalsium. Penelitian menunjukan bahwa komposisi 30% limbah
sludge adalah komposisi terbaik dalam pembuatan media baglog untuk pertumbuhan jamur Pleurotus ostreatus. Berdasarkan hal tersebut diketahui bahwa limbah sludge kertas warna dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan dasar pembuatan baglog. The process of managing industrial liquid waste, colored paper factories produce solid waste in the form of sludge. Basically, sludge waste is categorized as B3 waste because of its high generation value. The generation of colored paper sludge waste can be overcome by utilization, one of which is through the bioremediation process. Bioremediation of paper sludge waste is carried out by making paper sludge waste a growing medium for Pleurotus ostreatus fungi because of the high cellulose content of sludge waste. This research aims to produce baglog products from colored paper sludge waste as a growing medium for Pleurotus ostreatus fungi. This method involves using colored paper sludge waste as the base material for making baglog media, involving tests for Acid Detergent Fiber (ADF) content, water content, pH, and calcium content. Research shows that the composition of 30% sludge waste is the best composition in making baglog media for the growth of Pleurotus ostreatus mushrooms. Based on this, it is known that colored paper sludge waste can be used as a basic material for making baglogs. |
