In the digital era, fast, accurate, and integrated information systems are essential to support a company's operational effectiveness. PT Liza Herbal International (LHI) has implemented the LHIAccess system to manage product orders and invoice creation. However, it does not yet include raw material inventory management, which is crucial in the production process. This study aims to develop a raw material inventory module using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, which enables fast system development with active user involvement. The module includes features for recording incoming materials, sterilization, and outgoing materials linked to the product stock system. The system was evaluated using Blackbox Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure it meets user needs. Results show that the system improves recording efficiency, reduces errors, and supports real-time data-driven decision-making. This integration is expected to enhance the company’s operational performance and productivity.
