Islamic banks, as financial institutions grounded in sharia principles, ?if? albi'ah (environmental preservation), and justice, are expected to be more proactive in supporting the financing of Sustainable Business Activity Categories (Kategori Kegiatan Usaha Berkelanjutan/KKUB). However, in practice, the proportion of KKUB financing in Islamic banks remains comparable to that of conventional banks. This study aims to identify the implementation of sustainable finance in the Islamic banking industry and analyze its impact on the total assets of Islamic banks in Indonesia. The research employs the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method and panel data regression analysis on 10 Islamic Commercial Banks (BUS) during the 2020–2023 period. The independent variables in this study include Third Party Funds (DPK), non-performing financing (NPF), and KKUB financing, while the dependent variable is total assets. The findings reveal that DPK has a significant positive effect, NPF has a significant negative effect, while KKUB financing has no significant effect on total assets.
