Pengembangan Website Mitra STP Job Portal pada Fitur Find Jobs dan Report

Abstract

Pertumbuhan sektor pariwisata global membuka banyak peluang kerja, namun lulusan STP Bogor masih mengalami kesulitan dalam mengakses informasi lowongan yang relevan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, STP Bogor mengembangkan STP Job Portal, sebuah sistem informasi berbasis website yang mendukung pengelolaan lowongan pekerjaan dan proses rekrutmen alumni. Namun, sistem ini masih memiliki sejumlah keterbatasan, khususnya terkait peran mitra dalam pengelolaan lowongan dan pencatatan aktivitas rekrutmen. Saat ini, mitra masih harus menghubungi admin untuk mempublikasikan lowongan pekerjaan, sementara pencatatan rekrutmen dilakukan secara manual menggunakan Microsoft Excel yang belum terintegrasi dengan sistem. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan fitur find jobs dan report pada website mitra STP Job Portal guna memberikan akses mandiri kepada mitra dalam mengelola lowongan pekerjaan dan data rekrutmen alumni. Hasil penelitian mencakup implementasi fitur find jobs yang memfasilitasi mitra mengelola lowongan pekerjaan secara mandiri, serta fitur report yang menyediakan data aktivitas rekrutmen alumni secara real-time dan terintegrasi dalam bentuk laporan PDF.

The growth of the global tourism sector has created numerous job opportunities; however, graduates of STP Bogor still face difficulties in accessing relevant job vacancy information. To address this issue, STP Bogor developed the STP Job Portal, a web-based information system designed to support the management of job postings and the alumni recruitment process. Nevertheless, the system still has several limitations, particularly regarding the role of industry partners in managing vacancies and recording recruitment activities. Currently, partners must contact the admin to publish job postings, and recruitment records are still managed manually using Microsoft Excel, which is not yet integrated with the system. This study aims to design and implement the find jobs and report features on the partner website of the STP Job Portal to provide partners with independent access in managing job postings and alumni recruitment data. The results of this study include the implementation of the find jobs feature, which enables partners to manage job postings independently, as well as the report feature, which provides real-time and integrated alumni recruitment data in the form of downloadable PDF reports.
