Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi manajemen gudang yang memanfaatkan Microsoft Excel Macro VBA di TB Ujung Jaya 3, sebuah usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) yang beroperasi di sektor bahan bangunan. Perusahaan ini menghadapi beberapa tantangan, termasuk pencatatan persediaan secara manual, kurangnya pengelolaan data yang terstandardisasi, dan tidak adanya sistem pemberitahuan pemesanan ulang persediaan secara otomatis. Untuk mengatasi masalah-masalah ini, metodologi Framework for the Application of System Thinking (FAST) diterapkan, mencakup tahap-tahap definisi ruang lingkup, analisis masalah, analisis kebutuhan, desain logis, dan desain fisik. Hasil studi ini adalah pengembangan dashboard sistem interaktif yang dilengkapi dengan fitur-fitur seperti pelacakan persediaan, pemberitahuan pemesanan ulang otomatis, pembuatan faktur, dan pengelolaan kartu persediaan. Implementasi sistem yang diusulkan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam efisiensi operasional, akurasi pencatatan data, dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih terinformasi oleh pemilik usaha.
This research aims to design a warehouse management information system utilizing Microsoft Excel Macro VBA at TB Ujung Jaya 3, a micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) operating in the building materials sector. The enterprise faces several challenges, including manual inventory recording, lack of standardized data management, and the absence of an automated stock reorder notification system. To address these issues, the Framework for the Application of System Thinking (FAST) methodology is employed, encompassing the stages of scope definition, problem analysis, requirements analysis, logical design, and physical design. The outcome of this study is the development of an interactive system dashboard equipped with features such as inventory tracking, automated reorder alerts, invoice generation, and stock card management. The implementation of the proposed system demonstrates a significant improvement in operational efficiency, accuracy in data recording, and supports more informed decision-making by the business owner.
