| dc.description.abstract | Ikan tor soro Tor soro merupakan salah satu ikan air tawar yang memiliki nilai ekonomi tinggi. Namun, permintaan benih ikan tor soro yang tinggi tidak diimbangi dengan produksi yang tinggi. Rendahnya produksi ikan ini disebabkan laju pertumbuhan yang lambat. Salah satu upaya untuk menangani masalah tersebut adalah pengayaan pakan menggunakan vitamin B kompleks. Suplementasi vitamin B kompleks pada benih ikan tor soro bertujuan untuk meningkatkan laju pertumbuhan. Metode yang digunakan berupa rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 2 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan yaitu perlakuan dosis 0 g kg-1 (VT0) dan 2 g kg-1 (VT1). Penambahan vitamin B kompleks pada pakan dengan dosis 2 g kg-1 terbukti mampu meningkatkan performa pertumbuhan. Hal ini terlihat dari nilai pertumbuhan panjang dan bobot mutlak mencapai 2,85±0,1cm dan 1,29±0,03 g, laju pertumbuhan spesifik dan harian mencapai 3,96±0,03% dan 2,16±0,05 g hari-1. Pengayaan pakan dengan vitamin B kompleks juga menekan penggunaan pakan hingga RKP dan efisiensi pakan mencapai nilai 2,75±0,06 dan 36,43±0,81%. Pengkayaan pakan dengan vitamin B kompleks mampu meningkatkan performa pertumbuhan serta meningkatkan efisiensi pakan pada benih ikan tor soro. | - |
| dc.description.abstract | Tor soro fish Tor soro is a freshwater fish that has high economic value. However, the high demand for tor soro fish seeds is not matched by high production. The low production of this fish is due to its slow growth rate. One of the efforts to deal with the problem is feed enrichment using vitamin B complex. Vitamin B complex supplementation in tor soro fish fry aims to increase growth rate. The method used was a complete randomized design (CRD) with 2 treatments and 3 replicates, namely 0 g kg-1 (VT0) and 2 g kg-1 (VT1). The addition of vitamin B complex in feed at a dose of 2 g kg-1 proved to be able to improve growth performance. This can be seen from the absolute length and weight growth values reaching 2.85 ± 0.1cm and 1.29 ± 0.03 g, specific and daily growth rates reaching 3.96 ± 0.03% and 2.16 ± 0.05 g day-1. Feed enrichment with vitamin B complex also reduced feed utilization to RKP and feed efficiency reached values of 2.75±0.06 and 36.43±0.81%. Feed enrichment with vitamin B complex is able to improve growth performance and increase feed efficiency in tor soro fish fry. | - |
