Abstract: Udang vaname Litopenaeus vannamei merupakan salah satu komoditas perikanan ekspor strategis dengan nilai ekonomis tinggi. Kegiatan entrepreneurship ini dirancang untuk melaksanakan budidaya udang vaname secara optimal serta meningkatkan kompetensi dan wawasan dalam teknologi budidaya udang vaname. Implementasi sistem budidaya intensif menggunakan kepadatan tebar 245 ekor/m² dengan kolam berukuran 1.225 m2/kolam dan penerapan standar operasional prosedur yang ketat diharapkan dapat mengoptimalkan profitabilitas usaha. Hasil budidaya yang telah dijalankan menggunakan dua kolam produksi mencapai total 9.690 kg/siklus dengan ABW maksimal mencapai 24,85 g/ekor dan 26,75 g/ekor, tingkat pertumbuhan harian tertinggi 0,46 g/hari dan 0,48 g/hari, nilai FCR 1,40 dan 1,48, SR sebesar 78% dan 84%,. Usaha budidaya udang vaname pada CV. Berkah Utama Budidaya menghasilkan keuntungan Rp158.747.880/tahun dengan R/C ratio 1,15 dan PP 8,8 tahun. Hasil yang telah diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teknologi budidaya intensif dengan manajemen yang tepat mampu menghasilkan produktivitas optimal dan menguntungkan.
Pacific whitelegs shrimp, Litopenaeus vannamei, is one of the a strategically exported fishery commodity with high economic value. This entrepreneurship activity is designed to optimize pacific white legs shrimp farming and improve competence and insight into pacific white legs shrimp. The implementation of an intensive farming system using a stocking density of 245 ind/m2 with a pond size of 1.225 m2/pond and strict implementation of standard operating procedures, it is expected to optimize business profitability. The cultivation results that have been carried out using two production ponds reached a total of 9.690 kg/cycle, with maximum ABW reaching 24,85 g/head and 26,75 g/head, the highest daily growth rate of 0,46 g/day and 0,48 g/day, FCR values of 1,40 and 1,448, SR of 78% and 84% respectively. The pacific white legs shrimp farming business at CV. Berkah Utama Budidaya generated a profit of Rp158.747.880/year with an R/C ratio of 1,15 and PP of 8,8 years. These results indicate that the application of intensive cultivation technology with proper management can optimize productivity and profitability
