dc.description.abstractSayur kale merupakan komoditas hortikultura bergizi tinggi yang kian diminati konsumen bergaya hidup sehat. PT Teknologi Lokatani Indonesia memanfaatkan peluang ini dengan mengembangkan produk jus kale dari hasil panen yang tidak memenuhi standar pasar segar. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang strategi pengembangan bisnis, menganalisis kelayakan finansial, dan mengidentifikasi preferensi konsumen. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis SWOT, analisis konjoin, dan kelayakan finansial dengan indikator NPV, IRR, Gross B/C, Net B/C, dan Payback Period. Hasil menunjukkan konsumen menyukai produk dengan rasa manis, botol plastik, volume 250 ml, dan harga Rp20.000–Rp25.000. Secara finansial, usaha ini layak dijalankan dengan NPV Rp32.422.955, IRR 56%, Net B/C 2,72, Gross B/C 1,20, dan Payback Period 2 tahun 9 bulan. Pengembangan bisnis ini tidak hanya menambah nilai ekonomi, tetapi juga mendukung efisiensi pemanfaatan hasil panen.-
dc.description.abstractKale is a horticultural crop with high nutritional value and growing appeal among health-oriented consumers. PT Teknologi Lokatani Indonesia identified this potential by developing a kale juice product utilizing substandard harvests unfit for the fresh market. This study aims to formulate a business development strategy, assess financial viability, and analyze consumer preferences. The methodologies employed include SWOT analysis, conjoint analysis, and financial feasibility evaluation using Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Gross Benefit Cost Ratio (Gross B/C), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C), and Payback Period. Findings indicate that consumers favor sweet-tasting juice in plastic bottles, with a 250 ml volume and pricing between IDR 20,000–25,000. Financially, the business is viable, yielding an NPV of IDR 32.422.955, IRR of 56%, Net B/C of 2,72, Gross B/C of 1.20, and a payback period of 2 years and 9 months. This initiative not only enhances economic value but also promotes efficient utilization of agricultural outputs.-
