| Abstract: | PT Antam Tbk UBPN Maluku Utara merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang pertambangan, khususnya pertambangan nikel. Kegiatan pertambangan tanpa disertai tindakan konservasi menimbulkan kerusakan lingkungan seperti bahaya erosi sehingga diwajibkan untuk melakukan kegiatan reklamasi. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengevaluasi kondisi tanah pascatambang, menentukan jenis bibit yang adaptif, serta merancang desain nursery yang efektif guna mendukung penyediaan bibit berkualitas untuk reklamasi. Kondisi fisik dan kimia menunjukkan kesuburan yang rendah dengan nilai 1,48 g/cm3 dan beresiko penghambatan dalam pertumbuhan sehingga perlu jenis tanaman yang mampu beradaptasi pada kondisi tersebut salah satunya tanaman gosale, persemaian dan propagasi akan dilakukan pada nursery yang dirancang pada luasan 2500 m3 dan fasilitas yang tersedia disesuaikan dengan peraturan pada Surat Edaran Menteri ESDM Nomor 3.E/MB.07/MEM.B/2023 Tentang Pembangunan, Penyediaan, dan Pengelolaan Fasilitas Pembibitan. PT Antam Tbk UBPN North Maluku is a company engaged in mining, especially nickel mining. Mining activities without conservation measures cause environmental damage such as erosion hazards so that reclamation activities are required. The research aims to evaluate post-mining soil conditions, determine the type of adaptive seedlings, and design an effective nursery design to support the provision of quality seedlings for reclamation. Physical and chemical conditions show low fertility with a value of 1.48 g/cm3 and risk inhibition in growth so that it needs plant species that are able to adapt to these conditions, one of which is the gosale plant, nursery and propagation will be carried out in a nursery designed on an area of 2500 m3 and the available facilities are adjusted to the regulations in the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Circular Letter Number 3.E / MB.07 / MEM.B / 2023 concerning the Construction, Provision and Management of Nursery Facilities. |
